Indoor rowing classes are offered to refine the rowing technique, improve individual strength and endurance, and enable you to go faster on the water.
Technique classes include video and performance evaluations.
Newly acquired by RFC is Dragon Boat Paddling. Our Dragon Boat seats 20 pqddlers, a drummer using an authentic Chinese War Drum, and a steers person.
The Dragon Boat is perfect for group celebrations, team building, and/or touring the Occoquan River between Manassas and Woodbridge, Virginia.
